At Themba, we know every moment with an infant is precious. Our child care professionals work hard to bond with your baby and develop trust.

Our infant classrooms are designed to make babies feel safe, secure, and happy. In this nurturing environment, your baby is not only loved and cared for, but trained teachers work to stimulate cognitive, emotional, and physical development. Through simple games and reading stories, our loving teachers begin the foundational work for later learning.

We emphasize your child’s development, rather than specific age, because all children grow and learn at their own pace, and in their own unique way. Activities are designed to address the individual needs and abilities of each child, in each classroom.

Our Curriculum based teaching presents learning concepts in a fun and engaging

way with a focus on reaching and mastering emerging milestones. We explore:

Physical development and health
Social and emotional development.

Individual and group experiences allow children to interact both with others,

Spanish Immersion Program

Research shows the most effective way for children to acquire a second language is to integrate instruction into the standard curriculum children are already learning. Zoo-Phonics

A curriculum based reading and spelling program which teaches children the fundamentals of the English language. Zoo-Phonics exceeds state standards!!
